Please take a moment to read the following policies that apply to any and all courses NYSOTA offers for either AOTA CEU's or NYS Continuing Competency Hours.
These policies apply to all formats of education including, but not limited to, live presentations, pre-recorded sessions, and online webinars.
The views expressed and materials presented in the course of any activity sponsored by the New York State Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. represent the personal opinion of the individual presenters and do not necessarily represent the opinion of the New York State Occupational Therapy Association. The Association assumes no responsibility for such views and materials and hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, for the content of any Association-sponsored activity.
By attending a NYSOTA event, there is a chance you may be photographed. Attendance at a NYSOTA event constitutes permission for us to use your likeness in a photograph or other digital reproduction in any and all NYSOTA print or electronic publications, including website entries

Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event we are not able to hold the course, all participants will be notified via the email they have provided, an announcement will also be made on the website. NYSOTA will offer full refunds for any course we are unable to hold as intended.
30+ days before 100% refund
21-29 days before 75% refund
14-20 days before 50% refund on registration, no refund of meals.
less than 14 days before, NO refund given.
Special Needs Requests:
NYSOTA will make a reasonable effort to promote a learning environment and utilize instructional methods that are accessible to everyone and will follow the guidelines set forth by ADA.
Course attendees must inform NYSOTA at least two weeks in advance of any special accommodations.
