Pre conference Information

Pre registering: If you are registering before courses are listed you must log back in before October 15th to select your courses.

Please check your emails: We send information regarding changes and updates about conference via email. For any course that has provided supplements, they will be sent to the email of record. 

Printed Itinerary: We are unable to print your itinerary on site. You can log into your account at anytime from your smart phone and view your course selection OR you can print it from your home computer.

Bill me option: If you need to be billed for your conference registration due to an employer or school paying for your registration, please call the office and we would be happy to accommodate your needs. 518.301.9187.

Sign in sheets: The only way for us to award you credit for your course is by signing in to your course. If you switch courses and have to add your name to the sign in it can take longer to process your credit, but you will still receive it. 

Digital Program: Did you know there is a beautiful digital program available with every conference? Once the courses are selected a digital program will be available with all kinds of information about conference.

**Meals are included with your registration.  The amount of food will be based on the number attending, so if you plan to attend meals please indicate on your course selection that you will be attending.**

Post Conference Information

Course Evaluations: Before we can grant the CE we need to know what you  thought of each course you attended, its content and the presenter.  You can go on our website and fill out a course evaluation form at any time! You don't need to log in if you would like your evaluation to be anonymous. 

Retrieving your CE Certificate: Once you receive an email stating that your credit has been awarded you can log into your NYSOTA account and print or email your certificates.

To find your list of courses and credits: Log into your NYSOTA account, select Manage Profile from the right side of the screen and then select Professional Development.
