Pre-Conference Information
Pre-Registering
If you are registering before courses are listed, you must log back in before October 15th to select your courses.
Check Your Emails for Updates
We send information regarding changes and conference updates via email. For any course that has provided supplements, they will be sent to the email of record.
Print Your Itinerary
We are unable to print your itinerary on site. Please remember to print it from your home computer. If you forget, you can log into your account at anytime from your smart phone to view your course selection.
Bill Me Option
If you need to be billed for your conference registration due to an employer or school paying for your registration, please call the NYSOTA office at 518.301.9187. We would be happy to accommodate your needs.
Sign In Sheets
In order for NYSOTA to award you credit for the courses you attend, you must sign in to each course. If you switch courses and have to manually add your name to the sign in sheet, it may take a little longer to process your credit, but you will still receive it.
Post Conference Information
Course Evaluations
Before we can grant CE credit, we need to know what you thought of each course you attended, its content, and the presenter. You can go on the NYSOTA website and fill out a course evaluation form at any time! You don't need to log in if you would like your evaluation to be anonymous.
Retrieving Your CE Certificate
Once you receive an email stating that your credit has been awarded, you can log into your NYSOTA account and print or email your certificates.
For a List of Your Courses and Credits
To find your list of courses and credits, log into your NYSOTA account, select Manage Profile from the right side of the screen, and then select Professional Development.
