Will there be a virtual option for Conference this year?
No, this year's Conference will be an in-person event only. We are looking forward to the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and network with one another.

When will the list of sessions become available?
We expect to have all of the sessions and a complete agenda posted to the NYSOTA website and the Whova event app by August 28, 2024.

Will I need to pre-register for the Conference sessions I'd like to attend?
Yes, we are asking attendees to "pre-register" by building a personal agenda on the Whova event app. This will enable us to track interest in each session, estimate class sizes and ensure we have ample space for each session. You will be able to build your personal agenda once the sessions are posted on the Whova event app.

How do I build a personal agenda on Whova to pre-register for the sessions I'd like to attend?
Once the agenda is posted to the Whova app, you can explore it and determine which sessions you'd like to attend. You can sort the sessions by date/time or by track. You can even search for specific sessions using keywords, titles, or a speaker's name. Once you find a session you like, tap on it. Click "Add to My Agenda" to add the session to your personal agenda and set a reminder for yourself. You can make changes to your personal agenda at any time before the session starts.

When will I be able to access the Whova event app?
The Whova event app will be available to all attendees beginning on August 28, 2024.

• If you register for Conference before August 28, you will receive an email once the app is open and available with instructions for downloading the app and logging in.
  
  
• If you register for Conference after August 28, you will receive instructions in your registration confirmation email.

Please note: Once the Whova event app is available, you will need to wait approximately 24 hours after registering for your information to be uploaded to the Whova platform and for Whova to recognize your email address. Sessions, sponsors, and exhibitors will continue to be added and updated throughout the weeks leading up to Conference, so visit the Whova site frequently for changes.
